Your wedding day is one of the most important moments of your life, and I’m here to ensure it’s beautifully captured with a personal, relaxed approach. Whether you’re getting married along the stunning Ayrshire coastline, at a historic country house, or in a charming local venue, I’ll document your day in a way that feels natural, authentic, and truly you.
From our first conversation to the moment you receive your final images, my goal is to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
Booking Your Wedding
To officially book your Ayrshire wedding photography, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than one month before your wedding day.
💡 Important: Your wedding date is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange your Pre-Wedding Consultation and Photoshoot, designed to ensure you feel comfortable, prepared, and excited for the big day.
Part 1: Pre-Wedding Consultation
Our consultation is a relaxed, in-depth conversation about your wedding plans, typically lasting around an hour (or longer if needed). I’ll never rush you—this time is about making sure you feel confident and well-informed.
We’ll discuss:
✅ Your preferred photography styles
✅ How to prepare for the day
✅ Posing tips to feel at ease in front of the camera
✅ How you’d like to display your final images
I always recommend in-person consultations when possible, and I’m happy to meet you at a convenient Ayrshire location. If that’s not possible, we can also connect via Zoom, phone, or email—whichever works best for you.
Part 2: Pre-Wedding Photoshoot
Every couple who books a wedding package receives a complimentary 1-hour pre-wedding photoshoot. This session is a great way for us to get to know each other before your big day, ensuring you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Many couples choose to use their included image from this session for:

Ayrshire offers some breathtaking locations for your pre-wedding shoot, from the scenic beaches of Troon and Largs to the romantic gardens of Culzean Castle or Dean Castle Country Park. If you’re unsure where to go, I’m happy to suggest the perfect backdrop!
If you’re feeling camera-shy, don’t worry—most couples tell me they “never know what to do” in photos. That’s why I guide you through my 5 Core Posing Techniques, making sure you look and feel natural. By the time your wedding arrives, you’ll feel prepared and confident, ensuring we get stunning shots quickly and effortlessly so you can spend more time celebrating with your guests.
Part 3: Your Wedding Day & After
On the big day, I’ll be there to capture your moments as naturally and smoothly as possible, always working around you and your guests. Whether you’re exchanging vows in a grand Ayrshire estate, a rustic barn, or an intimate seaside venue, I’ll ensure your photographs reflect the unique beauty of your location and your love story.

After your wedding, we’ll arrange a viewing session on a large screen or via Zoom to go through your images together. This is your chance to relive the day, choose your favorites, and discuss how you’d like to showcase them—whether in albums, prints, or wall art.

Your Wedding Photography Prices
I don’t have set photography packages but prefer to give all of the couples I work with a photography offering as unique as the rest of their day.
Some couples spend £900 other couples spend £5000 What you spend on your wedding photographs is entirely up to you.
Whilst we are based in Ayrshire, Scotland we are delighted to travel anywhere to cover your big day.
When the flowers have wilted, the cake has been eaten and the party has ended.
The beautiful photos we take will be there to not only help you relive your special day but also to share with your family for generations to come.
